Privacy Policy & Data Security

Effective Date: January 1, 2026  |  Last Reviewed: October 2026  |  Jurisdiction: Global B2B Export & Digital Services
At George Materials (George Group), safeguarding our clients’ architectural blueprints, corporate procurement records, and personal privacy is fundamental to our one-stop building materials ecosystem.

01 · ARCHITECTURAL IP & CAD NDA

Strict Blueprint & BIM Confidentiality

All architectural floor plans, DWG/Revit files, BOQ schedules, and proprietary hospitality renderings uploaded for engineering estimation are encrypted and bound by strict non-disclosure protocols. We never share project drawings with unauthorized third parties.

02 · GLOBAL DATA COMPLIANCE

GDPR, CCPA & Cross-Border Security

Our digital infrastructure adheres to EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and international B2B trade data standards—giving project owners full transparency and control over corporate records.

03 · SUPPLY CHAIN & TRADE INTEGRITY

Protected Commercial & Logistics Records

Commercial invoices, Letters of Credit (L/C), Bill of Lading (B/L) consignee details, and factory inspection records are isolated within our secure enterprise ERP solely for manufacturing fulfillment and customs clearance.

SECTION 01 · CORPORATE SCOPE

1. Scope & Corporate Identity

This Privacy Policy & Data Security Governance statement applies to George Materials / George Group (operating via georgegroupofficial.com and our affiliated manufacturing divisions in Foshan, Guangdong, China). It governs how we collect, process, store, and protect information provided by architectural firms, real estate developers, general contractors, hospitality groups, and private villa owners worldwide.

By browsing our digital showroom, downloading technical catalogues, or submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ), you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

SECTION 02 · B2B DATA COLLECTION

SECTION 03 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NDA

3. Architectural Blueprint & CAD Confidentiality

We recognize that architectural drawings, structural specifications, and bespoke interior renderings constitute high-value intellectual property. George Group enforces a mandatory Zero-Leakage Blueprint Protocol:

  • All uploaded CAD files, BOQ lists, and 3D renders are accessed exclusively by assigned Senior Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, and Division Directors working on your quotation.
  • Client drawings are never published, resold, or used in public marketing portfolios without explicit written authorization from the project owner.
  • Upon request, George Group executes formal bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving tender packages for flagship hospitality, commercial, or private residential estates.

SECTION 04 · DATA PROCESSING PURPOSE

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is processed exclusively for legitimate B2B commercial and engineering operations:

  • Preparing itemized engineering quotations, value-engineering alternatives, and 3D spatial visualizations across our 14 material divisions.
  • Coordinating physical material sample boxes, custom lab-dip finishes, and pre-shipment quality inspection reports (SGS / TÜV / CE / ISO compliance).
  • Arranging Foshan flagship showroom tours, factory floor audits, and SAWA executive hospitality for visiting delegations.
  • Executing international container loading, marine insurance, Certificate of Origin (CO), and customs clearance documentation.

SECTION 05 · CROSS-BORDER LOGISTICS

5. International Data Transfers & Supply Chain Partners

George Group does not sell, rent, or trade corporate contact lists or personal data to any third-party marketers. Data is shared only on a strict need-to-know basis with:

  • Wholly Owned & Audited Manufacturing Plants: Our internal cabinetry, aluminum fenestration, stone processing, lighting, and sanitary ware workshops to execute production orders.
  • Authorized Freight Forwarders & Customs Brokers: Only the consignee details required by maritime law to issue Bills of Lading and clear customs at your port of destination.
  • Independent Testing Laboratories: Accredited certification bodies (such as SGS, Intertek, or TÜV) when project-specific compliance testing is commissioned.

SECTION 06 · CYBERSECURITY ARCHITECTURE

6. Information Security & Retention Standards

We deploy enterprise-grade physical and digital safeguards to protect your project dossiers:

  • Transport & Storage Encryption: All web transmissions are encrypted via TLS 1.3 / HTTPS, and project engineering files are stored on access-controlled enterprise servers with role-based permissions.
  • Data Retention Lifecycle: Active project specifications and warranty records are retained for the duration of the product warranty period (typically 5 to 15 years depending on the structural system) to support after-sales replacement and technical maintenance, or until deletion is requested by the client.

SECTION 07 · PRIVACY RIGHTS & COOKIES

7. Your Global Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA) & Cookie Policy

Regardless of your geographic location, you maintain full sovereignty over your corporate and personal data:

  • Right to Access, Rectify & Erase: You may request a complete copy of the personal and project data we hold, request corrections, or instruct us to permanently purge your uncontracted RFQ files and contact records.
